Gordie and Bertie Ziegler, along with their three sons, welcome their guests with open arms. Bertie is second generation of Country Gardens Bed and Breakfast, carrying on the tradition of friendly hospitality and the down home on the farm fun! Gordie is always ready to give helpful advice, directions for your days activities, or anything to help make your stay pleasant. The boys look forward to a good basketball game or round of tetherball in the evenings.

Our large Victorian farmhouse is tastefully decorated with Antique furnishings. The living room welcomes you with a cozy fireplace to enjoy and the 1920's player piano rings music through the home announcing breakfast is ready. The immacculate guest rooms all have queen beds, private baths, central air, some with ceiling fans. Rooms are cheerfully decorated with Victorian themed wallpaper, lace curtains, old prints and crafts, tastefully done. This is an excellent place for families with small children. After a delicious homecooked breakfast, Bertie begins clean-up as Gordie and his boys join the children and parents at the barn for the hands on experience of "morning chores", feeding of the goats, sheep, chickens and our duck. Gathering the freshly laid eggs of the morning, chicken round-up and finished up with a hayride. Kittens to love, cuddle and swings to enoy! Come and Enjoy with us!
